When I initially suggested to Tiyonna that she might not be ready or competitive enough for the Far East show
..I could sense her disappointment.
While I wanted to protect her from potentially harmful metabolic effects that might come from an unguided approach if I don't take her on
(because she'd still do the show anyway),
I also didn't want to stifle the spark of external motivation she was nurturing.
This external motivation could be the ignition for long-term internal motivation,
..especially once she started seeing results.
So, I offered a different proposition.
If her goal was primarily to gain experience,
..and considering she wasn't significantly overweight to start with, we could implement my Xtreme Rapid Fat Loss program.
Typically, this program works well for individuals who haven't been engaged in recent weight cycling.
However, this came with a condition.
She would need to commit to a period of metabolic rehabilitation after a couple of shows,
..whilst we concurrently prepared her for the next show.
This approach serves multiple purposes
- primarily, it aims to prevent body fat overshooting after the first show.
The subsequent shows act as a buffer, ensuring she stays on track.

Even worst often times their old maintenance is their new surplus resulting to rapid fat gain and can look worse than the previous show
..due to heightened sensitivity in their fat cells.
These cells, in survival mode, respond to periods of surplus after a prolonged deficit by rapidly converting food into fat stores.
The result can be an unwanted and rapid increase in body fat.
Now, after just five and a half weeks, Tiyonna has impressively shed 15lbs of fat.
Although our goal is to drop an additional 15lbs
..to make her even more competitive for the next event, our strategy doesn't end there.
We hope to carefully reverse diet into the upcoming second or third show in Bikini class
..optimizing her metabolic health while maintaining her competitive edge.
This comprehensive plan will help us ensure that Tiyonna not only succeeds on stage
but also safeguards her long-term health.
